A dozen girls got into the act as Hiland ran past fellow Inter-Valley Conference member Tuscarawas Central Catholic. The Hawks (18-1, 15-0 IVC) wasted little time as they ran out to a 26-10 first-quarter lead and never looked back.

McKenzie Miller led Hiland with 11 points and five rebounds, while Missy Mast and Katelyn Stuckey snatched five boards each. The Hawks were led by Hilary Weaver with seven assists.
