Eight different Hiland players scored as the Hawks blew past fellow Inter-Valley Conference member Newcomerstown. The locals pressed the Trojans into 30 turnovers and converted those into a 46-4 advantage in points off turnovers. Leading the way for Hiland was Jena Stutzman with 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Mykeila Mast netted 14, Kristi Yoder (eight rebounds) scored a dozen and Hilary Weaver added 10 points and five assists for the Hawks. |
