T-R Staff Report Hiland (15-4, 15-0 IVC) clinched the outright Inter-Valley Conference crown in grand fashion with a big win over Tuscarawas Central Catholic.. The Hawks got it done with a defensive effort, allowing just four points in the first half from the Saints. Hiland's Jena Stutzman and Lydia Miller each hit 15 points while Karli Mast added 14.
