A Tradition of Success On the Court and In the Classroom -- that is what Berlin Hiland head coach Dave Schlabach and his coaching staff have developed over the last eighteen years. Considered one of the most accomplished coaches in the state of Ohio, Schlabach enters his 19th season as the Lady Hawks head coach, and this is his first head coaching position. Schlabach carries an overall record of 396-57 (87.4%), after 453 games, into the 2009-2010 season.
