Kennedy Schlabach poured in 22 points, including four 3-pointers, as Hiland hung on to beat Malvern in an Inter-Valley Conference girls’ basketball battle Wednesday night.
Angela Troyer added 15 points and Morgan McMillen chipped in 14 as the Hawks improve to 16-3 overall and a perfect 13-0 in the IVC.
Kelsi Hulit led Malvern (15-4, 10-4) with 20 points, while Sara Loomis recorded another double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds.
Hunter Martin also reached double figures for the Hornets with 10 points.
