Hiland 50, Ridgewood 37

Getting tested in this Inter-Valley Conference, Hiland (14-3, 12-0) answered the bell as it handled Ridgewood to get the win.

The Generals came out early and grabbed a 25-19 lead entering the break, but an inability to take care of the basketball caught up to them as the Hawks rallied. In the end, Hiland turned 19 turnovers into a 23-4 advantage in points of turnovers to steal the win.

Kennedy Schlabach led Hiland with 17 points and Angela Troyer netted 11 points and was active on the glass with a team-high seven rebounds. Jessica Troyer tossed in eight points and Morgan McMillen chipped in seven points and snared five caroms.
