Kennedy Schlabach tallied 14 points and Megan Beachy scored 10 as Hiland rolled to an Inter-Valley Conference victory over visiting Sandy Valley.

The Hawks improved to 17-1 overall as they continued to close in on another IVC title (13-0). Mercedes Bowling led Sandy Valley (7-11, 3-10) with 13 points.

Hiland led 14-11 after the opening quarter, but took control as it outscored the Cardinals 39-15 over the next two quarters.
