Hiland didn't take kindly to losing a Tuesday night game to Wooster, taking it out on host Sandy Valley in an Inter-Valley Conference rout. The Hawks (7-1, 7-0) ran out to a 38-10 halftime lead, then shut the Cardinals out in the second half to stay perfect in the IVC.

Hiland, which forced 31 turnovers, got 14 points, 11 rebounds and five steals from McKenzie Miller to lead the way. Kendra Schlabach added 12 points, Meagan Hall just missed a double double with 10 points and eight rebounds, Regan Miller handed out seven assists and Bria Coil pulled down nine rebounds
