BERLIN -- Hiland improved to 4-0 overall and in the IVC by dominating the visiting Tigers. The Hawks led 8-4 after one period and then outscored Strasburg 17-2 in the second stanza.

Katelyn Stuckey scored 14 points to lead a balanced Hiland attack as the winners made 23 of 53 shots from the field and hit 15 of 18 free throws.

Strasburg (3-2, 3-2) was led by Santana Bonifant with five points. The Tigers sank only 6 of 36 field-goal attempts and were 5 for 14 at the foul line.
