BERLIN -- Hiland improved to 13-0 in the Inter-Valley Conference with a 71-18 win over Conotton Valley in girls' basketball action Monday night.

The Hawks (15-1 overall) led 22-6 after just one quarter and took a 42-9 lead by halftime.

Hilary Weaver led the winners with 21 points. Katelyn Stuckey added 11, while Regan Miller and Megan Hall had nine each.

Kearstyn Moore led Conotton Valley (0-13, 2-15) with six points, while Carly Gooding had five points and five rebounds.

Hiland ruled the boards 32-15 on a balanced effort. Megan Hall and Stuckey had six each, while McKenzie Miller and Ashley Weaver had five.
