As a junior, Lindsay Stuckey was a member of a state championship team. As a senior, the Hiland standout has earned the ultimate individual honor. Stuckey scored 19 points in Hiland's 70-17 drubbing of Newcomerstown, becoming the Hawks' all-time leading scorer in the process. Stuckey needed 15 points to match former Hiland standout Erin Hostetler (2000 graduate) for the school's all-time record of 1,450. Against Inter-Valley Conference foe Newcomerstown, Stuckey ran her total to 1,454 points. She scored 354 points in both her freshman and sophomore seasons, had 462 a year ago, and has 284 to date this season. Stuckey also grabbed seven rebounds, had seven steals and dished out three assists in posting the complete all-around game. Jena Stutzman connected for 17 points and dished out a team-leading seven assists in support of Stuckey. Hiland outrebounded their host 36-26 and forced a 41-11 edge in turnovers.
